Invoices and payment dates
Invoices are issued in advance, with payment due on the 1st of each month. A £25 late-payment fee is charged if payment is not received by the due date. If you need more time, please contact us before your fees are due to request a later payment date. Once agreed, no late-payment fee will apply as long as payment is received by the revised date.
Discounts and childcare support
Ask us about eligible sibling, single-parent and full-time discounts and the terms for your booking. You may also wish to explore Tax-Free Childcare, Universal Credit childcare support or an existing childcare voucher arrangement. Eligibility and payment arrangements must be confirmed for your family.
